I’m always hesitant to purchase large portions of shake mix because so often I’m disappointed with the flavor or texture. So when I saw the opportunity to purchase samples I jumped on it. Not gonna lie, they sat in my cabinet for a bit because the thought of a shake as a meal just didn’t appeal to me. Imagine my surprise when I finally took the plunge! I have tried both the Dutch Chocolate and the Vanilla Cake. Both are delicious! I blended mine with almond milk and added a few ice cubes because I like mine extra cold. There was a slight after taste, but really that is to be expected with any shake product. The biggest surprise was IT FILLED ME UP!! It was a TRUE meal replacement. I was fully satisfied until my next meal. And the super added bonus I didn’t have the…er…um…digestive issues that I normally have with products containing MCT oil! Great product, kept me within my macros and delivered as advertised! Will buy more!

I really love the taste of this product at first I was skeptical about this keto drink but after my first taste of the Dutch chocolate I was in heaven I know I could drink this daily. . But I do not want to spend 60 bucks a week on a shake
