Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction with every order from Natural Health Rewards is very important to us! 

We accept returns on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at support@naturalhealthrewards.us to let us know what went wrong and to receive return instructions.

No returns will be accepted after 60 days from the date the order was placed. 

The buyer is responsible for paying the initial shipping cost which will be charged during the checkout process. The buyer is also responsible for paying return shipping costs.

If there are any mistakes or a missing or damaged item in your order, please email us at support@naturalhealthrewards.us. If possible, please include a photo of any damaged items.

If there is a missing or damaged item in your order, Natural Health Rewards will make it right through a refund or replacement free of charge to you. When it is our mistake, Natural Health Rewards will pay the cost of the replacement item and also pay for any shipping costs (if needed) to ship you the correct item(s).

Once product is received, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within two (2) business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied, for the credit to post to your account.

If your order has not yet shipped, you can email us at support@naturalhealthrewards.us letting us know you would like to cancel your order and your order will receive a full refund including any shipping costs.
